Tracking Changes in Top 10 PV Module Shipment list, 2019 vs. H1/2020

In the first half of 2020, the top 10 PV module manufacturers shipments have witnessed changes compared to 2019. According to PV InfoLink, a prestigious research and advisory company, in addition to the ranking changes compared to 2019, the concentration of component shipments this year has increased sharply due to the impact of the epidemic and the rapid change in product wattage.

PV module manufacturers, including Jinko Solar, Trina Solar, Canadian Solar, Hanwha Q Cells, and Risen Energy were the companies who did not miss their positions in the top 10 PV module manufacturer list compared to the 2019 list. While well-known company Talesun is not on the 2020 list and missed its positions. They were standing on the tenth rank in the 2019 list. It is important to note that Chint Solar Nederland is part of the Chint Group that supplies solar panels throughout the world through its subsidiary Astronergy.

Compared to the 2019 list, this year’s list has a new entry, First Solar.
